Multiply your store bought sweet potatoes - place 1 sweet potatoes in a bucket of moist soil. As slips (shouts) appear, pull out place them six at a time into 20 gallon buckets. Wait 4 months, dump bucket, get 3 to 4 gallons of organic homegrown sweet potatoes per bucket.

Dawn If you please, how much space do they need in the garden?
Jane Casey They are slightly smaller than a tomato plant, and I planted them about a foot apart.

Jenny On Pinterest I would worry that the cardboard would take too long to break down... but then if you piled the dirt thick enough, that wouldn't matter.
