Are you staying hydrated? I've seen a huge decrease in hunger by simply getting in my water throughout the day... shoot for 8 oz an hour and you'll get your 8-10 cups in! Here are my top tips for making drinking your water fun...and tasty! 1. Use a cool and different cup! I have a mix of beautiful mugs and colorful water bottles to keep it exciting. :) 2. Add a colorful, twisty, or glass straw. 3. Use a fun garnish like lemon, lime or orange. 4. Add a splash of 100 fruit juice. 5. Infuse your water with fruit (in photo.) I simply added berries to my pitcher 2 hours ago and let it steep in the fridge for delicious, lovely pink tinted water! Lastly, make sure you're cutting out diet sodas and artificial drinks like Crystal Light. Those may actually increase your hunger! ♥
