Professional house cleaners spill their 10 best-kept secrets to save time & effort. 1 most definitely liked was how to remove grease/dirt build up from kitchen cabinets. Say to clean cabinets, 1st heat slightly damp sponge/cloth in microwave for 20 - 30 sec. until it's hot. Put on a pair of rubber gloves, spray cabinets w/ an all-purpose cleaner containing orange oil, then wipe off cleaner w/ hot sponge. This should make the kitchen look & smell wonderful too!

The appliance repairman told me using the self-cleaning feature takes years off the life of an oven. The best oven cleaner! Cover bottom of oven with baking soda, then pour vinegar so it's all wet. Let sit around 20 minutes or so then wipe all of it out with damp cloth or sponge. I leave my oven door open too. After drying you may see some white residue, wipe again.

best window cleaning solution ever - no chemicals and no streaks! half a bucket of water, one bottle of white vinegar, half a bottle of rubbing alcohol. or if you want to bottle it to spray it - 2 c. water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. alcohol

Ceramic tile grout cleaner! Borax & White Vinegar! I just got do e doing my entire bathroom... My grout looks as good as the day it was laid down! Not even the stuff from Lowe's worked this good!!!

This is such a cute idea. It's a daily calendar that can be reused each year and gets better the longer you use it. Each day you write the year and something that happened that day like, "(Child's name) took her first steps." I imagine the first year wouldn't be as fun, but imagine how neat it would be in 10 years.

Mod podge on tile! Buy a rough surfaced tile from Lowe's (less than a dollar) and mod podge pretty scrapbook paper on it. Then mod podge picture over that. Let dry and wrap with a pretty bow. Easy and cheap! You can also include a small stand to set the tile on.
Wrap 24 christmas books you already own. Kids get to pick which one is read that day. Stack under kids tree in bedroom. Half the fun of presents is unwrapping them. What a fun tradition.
