Mac & Cheese -- the pasta is cooked in the milk, which forms the base for the sauce. No water, no draining. It took awhile but worked! It was good! My version here: mealsandmovesblog...

I added mirin to the sauce and to the marinade and cooked it a little differently in terms of the order (blanched the broccoli then just added it to the pan)--would reduce the sugar by at least half and add sriracha next time, it was a tad sweet.. but real good!
Next protein powder to try.
