Cloud Dough (the stuff at hands on museums) 8 cups flour & 1 cup baby oil. It feels like flour as you run your fingers through it, but it's moldable. A wonderful sensory activity for children.

Do not confine your children to your own learning, for they were born in another time. ~Chinese proverb .....hence the need to allow and embrace technology.

supposed to be the best....This is the BEST BEST BEST play dough recipe you will ever find - I have used it for 8 years in my classroom. The kids absolutely love it. The recipe on this link is for a small batch - here is the classroom size batch, and we use a bit of baby oil in it as well to add a really smooth and soft texture. Parents rotate and bring us new play dough every week. The recipe: 4 cups water, 4 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 4 teaspoons cream of tartar, food coloring. Combine ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until most of the moisture is absorbed. Store in a covered container or Ziploc – does not need refrigeration. Add a bit of baby oil to get a softer texture.
