Safety 1st Comfy Baby's Frog Foam Bath Cushion - I used one of these instead of an actual infant bath tub. I think it was definitely easier.

I don't know about the actual changing pad thing, but these little diaper sacks are wonderful! So much easier than having a diaper genie IMO

Chase loved his little bouncy seat like this. Katelyn hated hers. So um...I guess it depends on your baby.
This stuff is a MUST. It's the only thing I found that takes out the nasty spit up smell without giving the baby a full on bath. It also comes in wipes.

I love love loved this stroller and my britax infant seat rested just fine it.

I loved my britax infant seat but it is a little on the heavy side if you're going to carry the baby in it a lot.
