Perfect gift idea for Grandparents! Buy a rough surfaced tile from Lowes (less than a dollar) and mod podge scrapbook paper on it. Then mod podge the pic over that! Let dry and wrap with a pretty bow. You can even include a small stand to set the tile in!
I love these! Plywood bought from Michael's (desired size). Paint the front whatever color you want. Once it's dry use a paint pen or paint to write a quote. Cut scrapbooking paper and modge podge it on. Modge podge over everything, two coats. Hot glue a metal binder clip on the scrapbook paper.
