A SIMPLE Savory Side Dish, using those fresh chives in your garden! Simply toss red potatoes with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake @ 425 degrees for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy on the edge. Drizzle buttermilk ranch dressing over top and sprinkle with fresh chives.
