The BEST way to make hard-boiled eggs is in the OVEN! Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove! Not only are they tastier, but they also are much easier to peel! Trying this today! I have to try this one!!!

Can't tell you how many bananas I have thrown away in my life because I was too lazy to make "real" banana bread. Now I can just throw these 3 ingredients together!

Elizabeth Ruttencutter You can also freeze bananas to use in banana bread or smoothies later. Ive found it's easiest to peel then and stick them in freezer bags first too. :)
Sandy Gray thanks for the info elizabeth i tried to freeze them and was put off by having to peel them
