Flipsize - you send in outgrown kiddo clothes, they give you points, you use the points to shop. It works out to be a one-for-one exchange, and all you have to pay is (inexpensive) shipping. I just ordered a ton of cute stuff... including Children's Place, Ralph Lauren, and Gap. After paying to ship my things to them, and for the new things to be shipped to me, works out to just over a dollar per item.
