Chia Bread-Made this today, the whole family really loved it! I used Coconut Oil instead of oil, and I just let it rise in the bread machine and baked in the oven. I thought it was too moist at first, but it turned out perfect tasting. It doesn't taste "healthy" or wheaty, but it has substance and and all the extra benefits. I think I'm hooked on adding ground chia seeds to my breads.
