Good Eats Brined Roast Turkey(Alton Brown), this is my favorite. Brine, cook turkey upside down, flip over last hour or so to brown. Keeps all the liquid in the breast.

PW's Cornbread Dressing w/Sausage & Apples. I made this last year, and have been waiting to make again. I left out the apples, it's perfect. Leftover for breakfast with a fried egg on top. Best use of leftovers ever this way. I'm drooling.
