Ok, nobody freak out....here's the first sample of NoMo from the factory. Here's the message from the importer. "I have attached the pictures of the initial sample of your SMAC Monkey. The colors that they used aren't right, but sometimes they use whatever fabric they have available for the first samples until they get it perfected. They also have the WTF? logo on this monkey instead of the SMAC logo, so we will get that corrected. See what you think so far and we will go from there."

Jennifer Stauss Windrum It's definitely a start. Hard to look past the scraps used to make the sample.Kind of like shopping for a new house and you can't stand the carpet color or paint jobs.

NoMo now added to the SMAC! logo.

In addition to the awesome illustrations of NoMo the SMAC! monkey, the amazing Ann Troe, has now created these sassy illustrations of Phoenix. Love him...and love her work. Will be putting all illustrations on merchandise soon to help pay for launch of SMAC! monkey line. Yay. Like Anne's work? Of course you do. You can find her here: anngraphics.com/

1st attempt with the pattern in progress. Turned out to be a "pink cow" as Lisa would say.

@Lisa Waddell I really did the way REBELalaMODE makes these guys. Super cute. Hopefully I'm not adding confusion.

Jennifer Stauss Windrum @Lisa WaddellI really like the scissors they used to cut out the face and eyes. Adds a lot. And, the white dot in the eyes. Would replicating all of this be to complicated for others when making? Obviously, they'd need special scissors.
