Let me introduce you to the easiest salsa you've ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner. This

Tater tot casserole! Directions: Preheat oven. Brown meat and onions in a skillet. I used cheddarwurst sausage, but essentially any meat could be used. The original recipe called for hamburger. Take a can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Mix together and pour into a casserole pan. Then mix in the meat and onions. After that is mixed well, cover the meat and "sauce" with frozen tator tots. Use however much you choose, just make sure it is all covered. Then, cover the tots with shredded cheese. I used 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and that worked out great. Put in the oven for 40 minutes, covered. Then, for an additional 15 minutes uncovered. It's a super easy and yummy recipe! Enjoy!
