Preheat oven to 350; smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well. Place Reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an Oreo!). Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes.

Brilliant! Why didn't I know this already? -- This link is actually for breakfast sandwiches (which you can freeze, who knew?!) but I also love the idea to cook eggs in muffin tins if you have a lot of people to feed and don't want to slave over a hot stove the whole time. 350 degrees for 10-15 min. GAWD THIS IS GENIUS.
