Spaghetti in Garlic Gravy with Herbs and Lemon Marinated Chicken and Cherry Tomatoes.
Magic sauce (olive oil, fresh herbs & salt, garlic, pepper flakes, and lemon juice). Goes on everything.
Did you know that you can make buttermilk (or something close enough to it that your recipe won’t know the difference)? I almost never have buttermilk in my fridge, which is frustrating when I get a baking urge. But the solution is ridiculously simple: One cup of milk to One tablespoon of vinegar (white) or lemon juice Combine the two, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it curdles. Then use it in your recipe just like you would regular buttermilk.

Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. The end result is an amazing, incredibly moist muffin/cupcake with a hint of pumpkin flavor.
