SUMMER DRINK! ½ cup Nerds candy ½ gallon goldfish bowl 5 oz. vodka 5 oz. Malibu rum 3 oz. blue Curacao 6 oz. sweet-and-sour mix 16 oz. pineapple juice 16 oz. Sprite 3 slices each: lemon, lime, orange 4 Swedish gummy fish Sprinkle Nerds on bottom of bowl as “gravel.” Fill bowl with ice. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with 18-inch party straws.

Skinny Pool-side Dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!

Our homemade limoncello. We fell in love with limoncello after our trip this summer to Italy. It's really easy to make (lemon rinds, pure grain alcohol, sugar and water). There are many recipe variations available online. We look for fun bottles at Michael's and then add labels and ribbons and give as gifts =)
