knoll's chocolate protein cakes; 1 banana & 1 spoonful peanut-butter mixed together, add 1 egg, 2 spoons of yogurt, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 3-4 scoops of protein powder. Must look like cake batter :) place in oven 350 for 40 mins. I put bananas on top, get creative with it.

spicy nuts and seeds. mix 3 cups nuts with 1/4c each flaxseeds, quinoa, and sunflower seeds. whisk together 2 egg whites, 2 Tbls honey, 1/4 tsp cayenne, cumin, and cinnamon. toss with nut mix. bake at 325 degrees until dry, stirring occasionally. about 30 mins. easy!
