Jill Fickling-Conyers That's a great idea Terri. I might even be able to do it. With using the camera bag inserts was there much sewing involved?
Terri Thomas I didn't sew it. I used the fuzzy side of velcro on the inside of the purse and the loop side on the outside of the camera bag. (I used "Fabri-Tac" (found at craft or sewing stores), to glue the velcro to each piece) I thought about deconstructing the camera bag down to the vinyl but opted not to, in case it started falling apart when I switch it to another purse. I just took a seam ripper and took the outside pockets and top off, keeping only the inside, divided section. I chose the purse by taking my empty bag with me and seeing if it fit. I also picked a purse with some outside zippers so I can use it as a purse too. It isn't custom on the inside, but when zip it up, you can't tell. Kinda like closing the door to the messy room in the house when company drops by. LOL. Hope you are able to. I am definitely going to be the trendiest mom at the next swim meet or lacrosse game! :)

Terri Thomas So, I was at TJ Maxx today (love) and found ANOTHER AMAZING bag that I planned to use as a purse.. Then I came home and realized that the camera bag I was given has removable velcro dividers on the inside of the bag. I am going to try the hook and loop thing above but JUST for the dividers, that way the bag doesn't have to be so big either. Just a thought, if you want to consider that too. I will let you know how it works out.
Terri Thomas Jill, check my "How do they do that." I just posted a collage of what I did with my camera inserts. I will redo it in black and make it more stable, but I am thrilled to be rid of the clunky camera bag. :)
