Skinny Pool-side Dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!

Zax Sauce (aka my personal crack): 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup tomato ketchup. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce. 1/2-1 teaspoon black pepper. directions: mix together the mayo, ketchup, and garlic powder, blending well. add worcestershire sauce and blend well. cover the surface of sauce with lots of black pepper until just coated. blend well. repeat process covering surface with black pepper and stir until blended well. refrigerate for at least two hours.

Preheat oven to 350; smoosh 1.5 squares of break-apart refrigerated cookie dough into the bottom of each well. Place Reese cup upside down on top of cookie dough (or an Oreo!). Top with prepared box brownie mix, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes! HEAVEN.

Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino-- couldn't be easier & sounds delicious. Probably a new go-to weeknight meal for me!
"OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
