6 minute Microwave Caramels - literally mix ingredients and stir. HOLY HANNAH - these are good. Perfect for wrapping or dipping marshmallows for a See's Scotchmallow. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and you have a fancy salted caramel.

Cook chicken in the crockpot mixed with one 1oz packet of ranch seasoning mix and one 1oz packet of taco seasoning with one can of chicken broth and cooked on low for 3 hours. Shred chicken and serve with toppings.

Skinny Monkey cookies. Oats, banana, pb, cocoa, applesauce, and vanilla. No sugar. 47 cal each.
Shredded hash browns pressed into muffin tin; salt and pepper to taste, add shredded cheese, bake in oiled muffin tin for 15 mins at 425. Reduce heat to 350 add egg and bacon pieces and some cheese on top bake 15 to 18 additional mins.

Frozen yogurt bites! Drop yogurt off spoon onto wax paper and freeze. You can bag them up and munch on for a sweet treat! (These would be even better if you threw some Rice Krispies in with the yogurt!)

Disney Copycat Recipe for Dole Pineapple Whips! Recipe: 2 20 ounce cans Dole crushed pineapple with juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1/3 cup sugar. 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped. Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside. Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth. Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags and store bags flat in freezer. Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until slushy. Stir pineapple slush gently into whipped cream until slightly blended, in large bowl. Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour and serve.

Jaimie Bowman Made these last week. They were okay; not amazing. The coconut flour changes the consistency. They were moist, but just "different". You may like them, though!
