Ashley Ryberg Well, Tiana, Mulan, and Aurora have their moms. But I imagine they are playing on the Daddy-Daughter relationship, along with the fact that pregnancy/birth was sometimes fatal to mothers. But I think it's mostly the Daddy-Daughter thing!
