Elmer's glue on canvas, then paint over it.

90 likes 4 comments 373 repins

Profile picture of Miranda Ickes

Miranda Ickes You could also use hot-glue. It would probably spread out less on the canvas, allowing for finer detail. Although, I'm digging on how loose and flowing this monogram is, too...

Profile picture of June Kay Freeman

June Kay Freeman Did you trace/draw a pattern on the canvas and fill in with glue, or was it all freehand. It's beautiful!

Profile picture of Stephanie McIntyre

Stephanie McIntyre @Jillee, is this free hand or font?? LOVE IT!

Profile picture of Andrea Nelson

Andrea Nelson It looks like there are pencil marks on the canvass, so I would guess that it's a filled-in pattern.

Profile picture of Catherine Silveus Dickinson

Catherine Silveus Dickinson you can find these gel half socks at bed, bath & beyond ! They work great if you like having heels that are soft as a babys BUM !!!

Profile picture of Marty Davis

Marty Davis I've also just cut up old socks, slathered my heels, and left them on all night. It's even better to also work on sloughing off old dry skin - like a hot vinegar& water soak.

Profile picture of Dana Alkire

Dana Alkire how in the world did something so simple never occur to me! This is great.

Profile picture of Jennifer Sisson

Jennifer Sisson I use O'keeffe's working hands cream on my heals and it keeps them soft...put on nightly after bath time. I buy it at Bed-Bath-Beyond for about 6 dollars, but cheaper if you have a coupon. here is their website so you can read about it: http://www.okeeffescompany....
