Lindsey Howell Leprechaun Lime Punch Recipe 2 quarts lime sherbet 1 pint vanilla ice cream 2 liters lemon lime soda or ginger ale 2 quarts pineapple juice 1 lime or lemon, sliced thin maraschino cherries with stems Allow sherbet and ice cream to soften in refrigerator 2 hours before making punch. In large punch bowl, combine sherbet, ice cream, soda and pineapple juice. Stir until blended. Add citrus slices and garnish with cherries. Serve cold.
