Pulled paint castles: put a ribbon of paint at bottom of paper, pull it toward you with a rectangle of mat board. When dry, add details with Sharpie.

Repetition - beginning of the year activity? Students take 12X12 paper and start painting concentric squares starting in the center. They are to repeat the colors they use at least once. Next they cut their square into fourths and they swap squares with fellow students. Keeping one of their own and getting three others from different classmates. They glue all four square back onto a 12X12 sheet and then embellish with lines and designs, etc.

"My school bulletin board for the month. We wrote "I Wish" poems then took pictures like we were blowing a dandelion. We cut them out and pasted them next to a dandelion that we made out of yarn and sticks. The kids loved it."
