This notebook from my original digitally created pastel drawing is reminiscent of floral paintings from the nineteenth century. The image is of three red poppies in the center of a piece of wrinkled pale blue-gray paper covered in lightly scribbled text. It gives the impression of, maybe, a crumpled love letter that was later retrieved and used for this drawing.
