This website (from bodyrock.tv), explains how to become a bodyrocker - A person who does intense short workouts at home for free (which is a new fitness movement). I love this fitness idea because the workouts are short (which means you don't have an excuse not to do them), but they burn as much calories as if you were to go to the gym and kind-of workout for 1.5 hrs. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Alton Brown Method of Hard-Cooking Eggs - 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Post says "Baked eggs are better because they are less sulfurous (smelly) and the texture of the finished eggs is creamier."- worth a try for sure!

Original instructions: MATTRESS spring cleaning:pour about 1 cup of baking soda into a mason jar and drop in 4 drops of lavender essential oil. Put on the lid and shake up the jar.Using a kitchen strainer sprinkle the baking soda mixture all over the mattress and let it sit. How to clean your mattress: Strip your mattress down and inspect for stains. Spot clean with diluted soap and let dry before you make the bed again. Sprinkle the mattress with baking soda then open up blinds and windows since sunlight can naturally disinfect your mattress. After a couple hours vacuum up the baking soda. Finally, rotate the mattress and change out the sheets.
