Bodegas Castaño 2011 Monastrell Rosado. What a great value! Under $10.00. 90% Monastrell, 5% Cabernet, & 5% Syrah. Super fruity, but with a dry finish. Tart and bright flavors. Went so nicely with spicy General Tso Chicken.
