justenoughsalt i caught it on tv a few weeks ago and have been thinking about it ever since. the video does not do the aioli justice. i watched it in HD and it was almost translucent!

spicy smashed sweet potatoes. These were good, but you should either coat the potato with butter or Pam before you put the spices on. Otherwise, the spice sits on top and gets dry.
