The Potty Candle! From pinner-OMG this is awesome... Each time your toddler uses the potty, they get to blow out the potty candle. (And you can even sing "Happy potty to you, happy potty to you, you peed/pooped in the potty, happy potty to you" although, for our son, just blowing out the candle is exciting enough!) He got to blow out the candle four times in the first two hours of training. Thank you, Peggy, preschool owner and friend, for this amazing tip!
