Best Belly-Blasting Supplements by Dr Oz

Tips to help you get bikini ready with strength training

15 min belly blasting workout - Every woman can end up with a belly pooch due to underworked lower abdominal muscles. This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles—the transverse abdominis—that pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat the circuit so you're performing it a total of two times.

Vern Gill I think it'd be better with the vert stripes only on the bottom, not the ones on the top piece.

My 60 day jump-start to better health!

This blogger lost 22 inches over 30 days using this DVD! Just ordered it yesterday for $5 - so excited!

The Butterfly Crunch works your abdominal muscles and your inner and outer thighs. If your legs rub when you walk, you want to add this to your routine to slim down those thighs! Exercises that work multiple muscles at the same time are the best because you burn more calories in the least amount of time! This way you can benefit from a 20-30 minute workout!

I'd do 3 sets of wall holds for as long as you can this works out what most women call "the pouch" or your lower abdominals!!!

Quickie - Repeat this cycle 2x right when you wake up in the morning. 50 jumping jacks 5 pushups 20 sit ups 20 mountain climbers 30 second plank 7 burpees

Goodbye muffins! OBLIQUE V-UP Lie on your side with your body in a straight line. Fold your arms across your chest. Keeping your legs together, lift them off the floor as you raise your top elbow toward your hip. The range of motion is short, but you should feel an intense contraction in your obliques. 10 repetitions each side [Beginner]

Kammie Kobyleski Hi Julie I'm using this as fitness motivation & I think the human body is gorgeous ART. If any of my pics offend you I'm sorry:( You can always choose to unfollow me & I think my pics should be eliminated from your feed! No intentions to offend anyone! Happy pinning!

Julie Nickl-Edmonds ya know it's funny Kammie, I looked under fitness and under art and there were hardly a pic of any women's asses on there, but when i typed in booty there they they were, in full glory. I like seeing your pins, just not the UNREALISTIC pictures of probably airbrushed and photo shopped pics of nearly naked asses. In real life she probly works out 2 hours a day and still has a few dimples on her ass, just like every other women.

dont do it!
