This was fabulous sauce. I modified it a bit because I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand -- but you could pretty much put this peanut sauce on anything: your husband, your dog, noodles, rice. Whatever.

Authentic Wisconsin Beer Cheese soup. Aw, man. This was so good. I modified it a little (because I can't resist) by increasing the hot sauce and doing milk, half-n-half, and 0% Fage Greek yogurt (instead of 4 cups of milk), as well as blending cheeses (reduced fat sharp cheddar + gruyere). NOM NOM NOM. I wanted to lick my bowl. Okay, I did lick my bowl.

Let me introduce you to the easiest salsa you've ever met. It literally comes together in under 5 minutes. Not only is it easy peasy to prepare but it's down right delicious. Unlike pico de gallo, it's more like a salsa you'd get in a Mexican restaurant served with chips before you get dinner.

Clare I make this all the time, and it's as good as it looks!
Kari Bedford We had it tonight, Clare! I think 6 servings is a bit of an underestimate, don't you? It filled my 2 QT casserole dish with no problem!
Clare Yes, it is very filling, and a meal in itself. No side dish required. It's also my go-to dish when I have to cook for a sick friend, or a friend that had a baby. :)
