Homemade Dishwasher Detergent 1 Cup of Borax 1 Cup Baking Soda (I used Washing Soda) 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt 1/2 Cup Citric Acid (You can purchase "Fresh Fruit" in the canning isle. It is a produce protector or you can puchase 15 packets of lemon Kool-aid, the unsweetened kind, and that works as well.) Mix all ingredients in a container and voila! dshwasher detergent! Use 1 Tbsp per load PLUS add some vinegar to the rinse aid portion of your dishwasher (this keeps the plastic from getting a cloudy look) and wash away!

The "miracle" of baking soda and peroxide. Put 1/4 cup of baking soda in a bowl.....add enough peroxide to make a paste. Rub on with fingers or sponge. Cleans EVERYTHING! Stove, oven, pans, stainless steel applicances, even the white handles of the refrigerator door! Nice!!

Must try this!--My bathtub has never been whiter!! Works great on glass shower doors too- no more soap residue! Martha Stewart's Tub Scrub--works better than any other cleaning product to get off hard water and soap residue
Fill plugin wallflowers with essential oil. Natural home scents!
Take a spray bottle, fill it about 1/8th full with rubbing alcohol, add a drop of Dawn dishwashing soap, a few drops of scented oil (optional, but makes it smell so good), fill the rest of the way with water, shake together, and you're good to go! It makes your granite (or any countertop) shine and feel so smooth at a fraction of the price~I have loved it and use it on my appliances as well. \
