Regular Pancake Recipe (gluten free pancake mix) then make CINNAMON FILLING: 1/2 cup butter, melted 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 4 Tablespoons butter 2 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. make each in seperate bowls, put cinnamon mix in a bag and cut a hole in the corner. drizzle over pancake and once cooked cover in the glaze goodness.
Apricot Vanilla Breakfast-Steel Cut Oats, Quinoa, Pearl Barley and Oat Bran. (Make with gluten free oats and omit barley)
