Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps: These were really good. The only suggestion I have would be to make sure you have the VERY large tortillas, so you can wrap them enough. I only had the "medium big" ones and stuff fell out b/c I didn't have them wrapped enough. But, they tasted great, even though they were falling apart! I served them with extra sour cream and salsa.

Bag of frozen chicken in the crock pot. Put the cream cheese, corn, salsa and black beans on top and let it go for 6-8 hours on low. shred when done. serve with chips or as tacos.
