Jacque Massey unfortunatly you do look suspiciois...I have worked in the school system and have seen many times young boys put their hoodies up inside the building to avoid identity....Sometimes it just meant...I don't want a confrontation for some reason or another...good or not....it looks suspicious....unfortunately it was raining that day and he had his hoodie up for a good reason......
