This year's big project sees us remodelling part of the downstairs area of the house, including the kitchen, utility room, shower-room/cloakroom and inner hall.
Natural Travertine tiles for floor and lower walls "Designer" tiles above Oak washstand and loo seat Just need blinds for the window and a few "pretties" by way of pictures and vases etc
Might be a while before much changes from these photos as we now have to wait for the Corian worktops to be made. Hopefully the floor will be tiled by next weekend though

Difficult to get decent photos in this area, but things are looking better here too
Loving the new lights for the kitchen. Having the ceiling painted and the first paint coats on the walls, plus actually having some lights in there now really made it look like things were starting to come together

Kathy Black This room will be divided with most being part of the new kitchen, the section nearest the door (where the tall freezer is on photo1) will be a storage cupboard
"Before": Cloakroom/shower-room

Kathy Black removing shower completely, also the wall not shown in photos. A new wall/door to form smaller loo/sink. The freed-up space will have a coats cupboard and some seating to make a" dressing" area.

Janice Pattie isn't it interesting what a difference that curve makes! It changes the whole look of the room and softens the lines, fab!
