I wonder if this really works...... get a bowl of water, pour little bits of all the different shades you want, it should float on the top, swirl with a toothpick or something like it and when it looks like you want on top of the water, then dip your nails through the water...

Can't wait to do this!! 1. Put on nail polish and let dry. 2. Dip fingernail in alcohol-basically any will do, vodka is suggested. 3. Press a strip of newspaper big enough to cover the whole nail on to your alcohol soaked nail. 4. Pull off slowly and be really impressed with yourself. 5. Paint top coat if desired.

Heather Vargo I know Deborah Lippman has some nail polishes with large flecks of glitter. This almost looks like they did a clear coat, covered it in large glitter, let it dry, and did another clear coat.
