Bundt Pan as Vertical Roaster - GENIUS!!! For a juicy bird that’s crispy all the way around, first layer potatoes, carrots, and onions on the bottom of the pan. Then season the chicken and place in the pan with the cavity over the center hole. Set the dish on a cookie sheet to collect any drippings and roast as usual.

Tamara Pierpont YUMMY! the chicken was so tender! I used real wine too (lucky I had some since it was Sunday!) I served it with rice, next time I'm trying noodles. The only other comment I have is it's def for mushroom lovers - strong flavor!
