Amy Enderle recipe for dip: 1 package (9 ounces) tortellini 1 container (7 ounces) pesto sauce 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream dash of salt 1 teaspoon olive oil Fill a pot about two-thirds with water. Add salt and olive oil and bring to a boil. Cook tortellini for about minutes or until just tender. Be careful not to overcook the tortellini or the filling will start to come out. While the tortellini is cooking, make the sauce by mixing the pesto with the sour cream until blended. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving. Drain the tortellini and rinse with cold water and refrigerate.
