Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins. I made these without the cream cheese filling. They were moist and delicious! I didn't have any pumpkin pie spice so i increased some of the other spices...so in total i used: 3/4 tsp ginger, 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cloves and 3 tsp cinnamon. YUMMY. I will definitely be making these again!

These were AMAZING! I cut them into 16 pieces instead of 8 and they cooked a few minutes less than the recipe states.

They were chewy and soft and perfect in every way!!! I subbed half of the vanilla extract for almond extract, and I used the scoopy to make nice big cookies. I also used smooth peanut butter and omitted the salted peanuts.
