Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats 2-3 super rippened bananas 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce handful of craisins to taste cinnamon Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! It's great and super healthy for you!

Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Watch closely

Taco Soup - Paula Deen's recipe. However, I generally just put crushed tomatoes in mine - avoid the expensive tomatoes - and add more taco seasoning. I also just use whatever vegetables are in my pantry, such as corn, hominy, beans. This is a hearty soup, very fast to make, and it is always cleaned up! When I make tacos, I save and freeze my hamburger meat in order to make this faster. A little hamburger goes a long way!
