Christine Hall Hi @Mary Dargis... This is an official system of communication often used in radio communication so that you are completely understood. Example, If you are an airplane captain, you might get on your radio and call a nearby radio and say, "This is Alpha Delta Zulu 9752, ADZ9752 I need the coordinate for...." A better example is when you are on the phone and you need to write down say a resvation number for your reference. The operator often will say, "Your reservation number is 781Zulu Tango Sierra." So you write down your reservation number as781zts. It is a method of making sure you don't mis-hear a sound...such as a t instead of a v. or a b instead of a v, etc... I can't think of the official name though. sorry. I learned it when I was in Civil Air Patrol in high school.
Sarah Moses This isn't the official alphabet... A few of them are the same, but this one isn't correct.
Jessica Gnehm This is actually the correct military phonetic alphabet used be a number of different organizations. You can look it up pretty much anywhere and you will see all are correct.
The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains as you can see the heart is on the left foot. Typically they are shown as points and arrows to show which organ it connects to. It is indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here. This is covered in great detail in Acupressure studies or textbooks.

It fixes sooo many issues.I'd also add tooth brush , tooth paste and a razor. I can't even tell you how many girls forget to shave before hand. lol

Stephanie Sounds nice, but there's no credible scientific evidence that negative calorie foods exist.
Natasha Gillam very low calorie foods such as say, 1 cup of brocolli which is typically around 25 cal, are said to be "negative calorie" because your body burns more than 25 calories digesting that food.
