Jordyn Kohles ^^^burpees- you start off by jumping straight up with your arms above your head (like you're reaching and jumping) then bending down and extending your back legs out (into a push up position) you do one push up, then bring your legs back in to push yourself up into the starting jump. This is all one quick, fluent motion!

Ashley Kyser just goona put a note... I've been doing her core firing system download, and at almost 6 months post-partum #3, my stomach looks better than it did 2 years post-partum #1&2 (twins)... I think with a few more months I won't even need the tummy tuck I was promised (and let me assure you, twin skin is not a myth)
