Jenny Mac I do this all the time! And I just happened to realize how well it worked b/c I had one in my hand and was too lazy to go get the duster. Happy housekeeping!

Rub your faucet with waxed paper, water doesn't leave a mark anymore. Can this be true?!?

Christina Schaub Helmick Yes, it's true! It worked for mine - I rubbed the faucet and the knobs.

When your dishwasher doesn't clean well, fix it yourself following these simple steps and avoid the expensive professional service call. A simple cleaning often solves the problem.

Reusable Swiffer dusters! Made from micro fleece, works even better than the disposables and they can be washed and reused over and over.

Take your favorite liquid fabric softener and soak an old hand towel or flour cloth completely with it. Wring it out and let it dry completely, then throw it in with your next load. This mega-fabric softener sheet should be good for at least 40 loads of laundry WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!

To get your drain running again (without resorting to chemicals worthy of a hazmat suit) pour ½ cup soda, then ½ cup vinegar, down a clogged drain. Cover it with a wet cloth, wait 5 minutes, uncover, and flush with steaming-hot water.
