This is excellent but try HIIT Training too! - Warm up Jog: 5 minutes - Level 10 Intensity: 15-30 seconds - Cool down jog/walk: 2 minutes - Level 10 Intensity: 15-30 seconds - Cool down jog/walk: 2 minutes - Repeat, repeat, repeat. Do at least 6-10 of the level 10 intensity sprints. The better in shape you get, the less time you will take for your cool down. This is amazing cardio!
