(no recipe, but this is so amazing, I have to post on Recipe Reviews) How to peel a head of garlic in less than 10 seconds. This is an a video. I just did this tonight, and it is amazing. In the video the chef takes two metal bowls - which are quite large - puts the broken up head of garlic in one bowl then places one bowl on top of the other - and shakes the living daylights out of the two bowls. Within ten seconds all of the garlic is stripped and ready to use. I had two plastic bowls that were the same size, and small. I used those tonight and had the same outcome. This is amazing!
