Tailgate dip: 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Serve with crackers. Delicious!!

Edamame, craisin, and goat cheese salad ... mix above ingredients with balsamic vinaigrette as desired, salt and pepper to taste. Would also work with blanched, chopped asparagus.

Breakfast cookie. No flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats 2-3 super rippened bananas 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce handful of craisins to taste cinnamon Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! It's great and super healthy for you!

Rachael Ray 5 ingredient parmesan crusted tilapia. prep 10 minutes, cook 10 minutes.

Fruit Salsa... -1 lb. fresh strawberries -2 fresh kiwis -1 Granny Smith apple -1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice -flour tortillas (I use fajita size) -butter flavor Crisco or Pam spray -Cinnamon/sugar mix ---Chop fruit into small chunks, add OJ and stir well. Use kitchen scissors, cut tortillas into wedges, place on cookie sheet, spray with butter Crisco spray, sprinkle heavily with cinnamon/sugar and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sweet and delish!! :)

Best Pot Roast Ever! (in the CrockPot)•2-5 pound pot roast (any kind) •1 envelope ranch dressing (dried) •1 envelope Italian dressing •1 envelope brown gravy mix •Potatoes and Carrots •1 to 1-1/2 cup water What you do: 1. If you wanted carrots and potatoes in your CrockPot, cut them to your liking and put in the bottom of your CrockPot. 2.Put Roast on top of vegatables. 3.Sprinkle all 3 spice envelopes on top. 4.Add the water. 5.Cook on LOW for 6-10 hours until tender and veggies cooked through.
Avocado, Cream cheese, and salsa stuffed puff pastries. Oh holy night.

Zaxby's sauce 1⁄2 c mayonnaise, 1⁄4 c ketchup, 1⁄2 T garlic powder, 1⁄2 T Worcestershire, 1 t paprika, generous amount of black pepper (cover surface two or three times) & mix well. Allow sauce to sit a few hours before serving...LOVE ZAXBYS SAUCE
