I used a single serving fat free Yoplait Greek yogurt. It was 120 calories for the WHOLE bowl of dip. All I did was add diced cucumber, 1 garlic clove squeezed through a press, dill and salt to taste. It turned into a light and delicious Teziki sauce perfect for dipping raw veggies and pita crisps.
