Mikell Robinson I've made this for years and love it. One note I didn't see on this recipe is that you want to be sure and NOT grease your pan. I forgot once and sprayed it with PAM-- cake fell and did not pull away from the sides like it should. This is really good and is also very good with fresh strawberries. Under the older WW plan, a/12 of the cake (large serving) = 3 points. Thanks for pinning this.

Theresa Hernandez Katie - I have to make my own because of the celiac/gluten thing, but just an FYI, Girl Scout Thin Mints no longer contain high fructose corn syrup. I have 20 cases sitting in my living room, so I just went to double check and nope, they don't any more!
